How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want homeowners to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Aboutcolour Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we matched you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work, and service. If the problem is work done in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. But Aboutcolour Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. It cannot refund a provider's work. It cannot make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in California.
How to File
Email contact@aboutcolour.garden. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want
What Comes Next
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may mean reaching out to the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
Reply and ask us to review again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
